Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION:

• Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
• You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.

ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY! 

• LAKE SHORE TO MAIN ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that is not a final sale item.
• Returns must be sent to us within 7 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED. This meaning the return must be SENT within the 7 day time frame.

 *ATTENTION* 

Your return will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY minus the cost of the shipping label we provide for you. We do not process returns back to cards or any other form of payment. This applies to ALL purchases. 

Example: If your return is $25 and the return label costs us $4 you will receive a store credit for $21. 

LSTM is NOT responsible for:

• ANY and ALL customs fees for packages going in or out of the United States 
• Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
